How can I be more productive?

Do you appear as if you are so busy, yet no work of real substance is being done?

Watch what work you are doing as it may be redundant or have no significant importance towards helping you accomplish goals for your business.

Get the balance right, by applying 20% learning and 80% doing.  The aim here is to be productive by producing more work for less time.

This can be achieved by setting daily goals where you focus on the tasks you need to complete for the day and tick them off as you finish them.

For this, I recommend or a Trello Board or Asana, a project management tool that will allow you to set your tasks
and goals in a to-do list visual style.
